Delivery times are provided by our courier partners and, while usually reliable, cannot be guaranteed due to potential customs or transit delays. You’ll receive full tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.

Free Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 business days)

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Available for an additional charge (typically next business day)

Please allow up to 48 hours for us to carefully pick, pack, and prepare your order during the working week.Tracking details will be sent to you via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

International shipments are either shipped via DHL or Royal Mail International. You will be presented with the options available to your local country when you checkout

Duties & Taxes owed

US customers - As of 05th September 2025 we are shipping all US shipment Duties & Taxes paid which means there are no surprise fees for US customers when shopping from The Strap Tailor

Our 28-Day Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a refund or exchange within 28 days of receipt. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, and must not have been mounted to a watch or worn.

Refunds are issued on receipt of the returned goods, minus the original shipping cost and any duties charged to The Strap Tailor (see Refunds and deductions below).

All products are the full responsibility of the customer until they have arrived back to The Strap Tailor.

If you have an issue with a strap, please contact us at info@thestraptailor.com before attempting any remedy yourself — this avoids potential damage prior to the return or replacement of the product.

Please note: If you are a UK or EU consumer exercising your statutory right to cancel, different terms apply — see Your Right to Cancel below. In that case we refund the cost of standard outbound delivery and the deductions in this section do not apply.

Please allow 2–3 working days to process returns. We aim to do this as quickly as possible, but in some circumstances it may take up to 4 working days.
