Shipping Overview

All straps are handmade to order by Toshi Straps Ltd. Shipping times vary depending on the current workshop schedule. An estimated shipping date will be given when your order is confirmed.

UK Postage

Postage is free on orders of £80 or more. For orders under £80, shipping is charged at £5.50. UK orders will be posted via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery .

International Shipping

Shipping is free on orders of £80 or more. For orders under £80, shipping is charged at £12.95. International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked .

Please note - Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by their local authorities.

Upgraded Shipping

If you require faster, or alternative shipping, upgraded services can be arranged for an additional fee. Please contact me before placing your order if this is something you would like to discuss.

Production Time

All straps are handmade to order. Production time varies depending on workload. Estimated lead times & shipping dates will be provided when you place your order.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact me . I will assist in tracking the shipment and resolving the issue with the carrier.

Handmade Straps (Custom‑Made Items)

All Toshi Straps are individually handmade to your specification. Because each strap is custom‑made, returns are not accepted unless the item is faulty.

All straps are checked during manufacture and before shipping, so it is unlikely you will find a fault, but if your strap arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I will repair or replace the item where appropriate.

Accessories (Non‑Custom Items)

Accessories that are not handmade may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are: – unused – in original condition – in original packaging.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. Please contact me before returning anything.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a strap order, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate your request, but if work has already begun, some changes may not be possible. Cancellations are only possible before work has started.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non‑refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
