Shipping SHIPMENTS WITHIN MAINLAND USA SHIPPING IS FREE within mainland USA during the current sales event! Refund policy Your satisfaction is our top priority. Our teak furniture is made with the finest quality materials so we rarely have any problems. But if your item is damaged or defective in some way, we are more than happy to assist you. Because teak furniture is custom made and so difficult to ship, we generally do not accept returns after an item has been delivered. We recommend doing a detailed assessment of your site, climate, and needs before you make your purchase from us.
