We can ship to your home or work address depending on your requirements. Please make sure you have provided us with the correct ‘Shipping’ address if it is different to the ‘Billing’ address.

Orders placed before 3pm will be despatched same day where possible and most items will be despatched within 24 hours.

Items weighing up to 2kg will usually be sent via Royal Mail second class or second class signed for.

Items weighing over 2kg will usually be despatched via our courier DPD.Standard delivery times via courier are 2-7 days to a place of business or home address.

UK Next Working Day Delivery - £7.99

For next working day delivery, orders need to be placed by 3.00pm. We will always try to provide this service on any orders coming in after this time if at all possible but you will need to call us in advance to arrange this.

As this is a next working day service, orders placed by 3.00pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday.

Orders placed after 3.00pm on Friday will not usually be delivered until the Tuesday.

Please note - if you request a restring upgrade on a next day service we will do our upmost to fulfil the order as next working day but unfortunately this cannot always be guaranteed due to the time required to undertake the restring. Restring upgrades with next day delivery will however always be prioritised above restrings upgrades with standard delivery.

International delivery costs and times

Please note we can only send international orders to a street address ie not a PO box due to international shipping regulations. We will require a contact telephone number for all international deliveries due to courier requirements. Please note:

Customers outside the UK may have to pay import duty or formal customs entry. If customs duties or are required, the delivery may be delayed and we are sorry but PDH Sports Ltd cannot assist with this process.

To help ensure that customs duties are not payable for deliveries outside the UK it is advisable to keep your total order value below the customs duty threshold of your destination country. Please check your local thresholds and duties before placing your order with us as we are not responsible for any additional duties payable in the destination country.

If your order is exceptionally heavy or large we may not be able to deliver within the shipping charges shown above. In this event, we will email you with a quote for delivery costs. You can then decide if you wish to pay any additional charges or amend your order.

We reserve the right to revise any shipping costs/dates/times when necessary. We retain the right to refuse/amend any orders that do not comply with the delivery options available to us at this time. International delivery times are given for guidance purposes only and cannot be guaranteed, although we will do our upmost to ensure that your order reaches you as promptly as possible.

Please note: To comply with our trading terms with HEAD and Dunlop we are unable to ship selected products on our website outside the EU. Due to Babolat’s selective distribution agreement, we are unable to ship Babolat products outside of the UK, Swiss and European Economic Area. Orders to these areas including products from these brands will be partially refunded as applicable.

One hour delivery window

We aim to make your online shopping experience as efficient as possible. PDH Sports Ltd has a timed delivery service that provides our customers with a precise one hour window in which their goods will be delivered by our courier DPD.

This fantastic new delivery method means an end to the "sorry you were out" cards or even having to take a day off work to wait for a parcel to arrive.

On the day of delivery customers will receive an email and SMS text message which informs you of your one hour delivery slot.

You can control the delivery so if you are not going to be at home and won't be in to sign for the package, simply text back and arrange for your products to be delivered on a more convenient date or to safe place. To use the email and text service you will need to provide your email address and mobile number when registering/ordering via our website.

If you request your order to be left in a safe place eg in porch or with neighbour, we cannot be held responsible if your item goes missing.

Please note that PDH Sports Ltd now uses this service for the majority of our UK mainland deliveries only. Sundry and smaller orders will be sent by Royal Mail. Occasionally we send items directly from the manufacturer and the delivery company used will be the one employed by the supplier.

Any issues with delivery must be reported within 7 days of the item being marked as delivered by our partner couriers to enable us to raise an investigation to resolve the issue.

To process a return please log in to your account.

Returns can only be accepted in original packaging/unworn/with labels or shoe tags still attached, without any return labels attached to the item (please use packaging) within 14 days of receipt of order. We cannot accept returns of rackets if the plastic wrapper has been removed from the handle or have been custom restrung or personalised in any way.

Please enclose your order number, proof of purchase and your full contact details. Please note: To avoid a charge, free gifts must also be returned at the same time if they are part of a promotion on a product which you're sending back to us.

If you would like to amend or cancel your order before it has been despatched, please contact us immediately on 01332 843139 or customerservice@pdhsports.com . We do despatch all orders as promptly as possible so if your order has already been sent before you cancel it, we will unfortunately only be able to refund you less any postage costs (if applicable).

We cannot accept any used rackets back as we are unable to resell used products. We recommend any unwanted but used items are resold by the customer using a third party such as eBay. Any rackets which have been used or where the wrapper has been removed from the handle will be returned to you as we cannot sell such products as new as it is not fair on our valued customers to whom we work hard to supply a high quality product. If you are unsure about which racket to choose, please drop us an email for advice or take advantage of our unique 'ten day trial' service (see below).

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items (and associated free gifts if applicable) to us unless the item is faulty or has been sent in error (see below). Please note any errors with your order must be notified within 7 days of receipt.

We are only able to offer a full refund if the original grip wrapping/tags are still in place.

The cost of returning any item to us is your responsibility. We recommend using Evri for convenient, cost effective returns - click here for more information.

Please check the details of your order carefully to ensure that you have ordered the correct sizes.

Our shoe sizes are quoted in UK sizes primarily so please ensure that you refer to the sizing charts or email us at customerservice@pdhsports.com if you have a query on international conversion.

In the unlikely event that an item is faulty or has been sent in error we will also refund your return postage in accordance with our terms as detailed below.

We recommend that you use the convenient, tracked Evri service for all returns (rather than more expensive special delivery or upgraded courier services) as we are usually only able to refund postage equal to the value of the basic service. Click here to book a return using Evri.

We recommend that you obtain proof of posting/adequate insurance for all returns as we are sorry but we cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in transit.

Please note that if you order items over £40.00 allowing you to qualify for free UK delivery but subsequently return items taking your retained order value to under £40.00, we reserve the right to refund you less the £4.99 standard UK delivery charge which would have originally been applicable.

Bundle returns and free gifts

Please note that if you return one or more items from a bundle deal, any items which you retain will be charged at their normal current full price as if they had been purchased individually in the first instance. Bundle prices only apply if all items in the bundle are purchased and retained. Any free gifts must be returned or these will also be charged at the normal current price.

Warranty claims

We receive a small number of returns each week and our team work hard to resolve any issues with faulty products as quickly as possible, please be aware that there are very specific conditions regarding racket returns as outlined below.

Any rackets which are returned but which are outside of the guidelines for a warranty claim will be returned to you as whilst we work extremely hard at customer service we can only replace products which are genuinely covered by warranty.

The 'life' of any racket will depend on the playing standard and style of an individual user. All our suppliers reserve the right to accept, under warranty, only those rackets considered damaged arising from normal conditions of play for a period of one year from date of purchase. They will replace (at the company’s discretion), any frame found to be defective with proof of purchase within the warranty period. This policy does not apply to any defect caused by negligence, abuse or misuse of the product or incorrect stringing by a third party. In addition, none of the brands offer any form of warranty in relation to string breakage or wear.

Here are the manufacturers' guidelines in respect or racket replacement:

Frame crack without excessive wear

Diagonal frame cracking, in any area of the frame that has little or no associated visible wear associated is generally a result of a manufacturing defect. Frame cracking with no visible wear is covered under the Warranty Policy.

RESULT: Damaged Racket will be replaced.

Racket Handle or Shaft damage

All racket handles (excluding grip wear) or shaft breakages that have no impact evidence or excessive wear associated to them are generally considered to result from manufacturing defects. Racket handle and shaft breakages are covered under the warranty.

RESULT: Damaged Racket will be replaced.

String Pull-Through

A collapse of the racket head between string holes - as a result of the string ‘pulling through’ the frame – are generally the result of a manufacturing defect. String pull-through is covered under warranty.

RESULT: Damaged Racket will be replaced.

Exclusions

Impact damage

Cracks or fractures on any part of the frame that are accompanied by dents, scratches or flat spots will be considered as caused by a strong impact on the ground or a sharp corner and are therefore deemed as a result of racket abuse. Racket abuse is not covered by warranty.

RESULT: Damaged Racket will not be replaced.

Excessive wear

In general terms, breakages resulting from manufacturing defects occur within the early period of racket use. Breakages resulting after longer term use and characterised by excessive wearing of the paint or frame are considered as normal use with regard to the ‘life’ of the racket. Bumper and grommet strips are made of high quality Nylon materials and are subject to wear. These can be replaced by local specialist dealers and are not covered by warranty. Excessive wear is not covered by warranty.

RESULT: Damaged Racket will not be replaced.

String/grommet Breakage

The brands do not offer any form of warranty on string wear or breakage or snapped grommets.

RESULT: Damaged rackets will not be replaced.

Multiple cracks

In general terms, manufacturing defects result in a single frame crack or fracture. Multiple frame cracks are almost always the result of racket misuse and abuse. Multiple frame cracks are not covered by warranty.

RESULT: Damaged Racket will not be replaced.

Improper Stringing

Damage caused to the racquet frame resulting from improper re-stringing or improper mounting of the racquet in the machine or damaged caused by the clamps slipping during the stringing process are all characterised by frame cracking, paint chipping or paint scratching on the inside of the racket hoop. The brands recommends that rackets are always strung by certified stringing professionals at specialised dealers. Improper stringing is not covered by warranty.

RESULT: Damaged Racket will not be replaced.

Racket Butt Cap

The racket butt cap is generally stapled to the racquet handle. On occasions, butt caps can become lose or detached. This issue can be easily and quickly repaired by removing the grip and either stapling or gluing the butt cap on to the handle. Loose racket butt caps are not covered by warranty.

RESULT: Damaged rackets will not be replaced.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
