SHIPPING POLICY:

UK Delivery

Free next day delivery on all UK orders over £50. Orders under £50 are £3.99. Order before 4pm Monday to Friday and your order ships the same day.

Need it before midday? Next Day Before 12PM is available at checkout for £4.99.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide with DHL Express. Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days from dispatch, fully tracked from our warehouse to your door.

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. For European orders, all VAT, duties and import taxes are calculated and included at checkout. There is nothing to pay on delivery and no surprise charges from the courier.

Shipping rates are calculated by weight and destination at checkout. As a guide, a racket to Europe is £19.99.

United States: following changes to US import rules in 2025, orders to the US may be subject to import duties collected by the courier on arrival. These are set by US customs and are the responsibility of the customer.

Bulky items: ball baskets and bulk ball orders are UK delivery only due to their size and weight.

EverythingPadel Return Policy

We want to make returns as simple and hassle-free as possible! Here’s how you can return your item:

How to Request a Return

Log in to Your Account at EverythingPadel

•Go to “Orders” and select the item(s) you’d like to return

•Once your request is approved, we’ll send you a free prepaid return label via email

•Pack your item securely and drop it off at a Royal Mail Post Office Counter. Make sure you get a receipt and keep it until we process your refund. (Note: do not drop off at a Collect+ shop or arrange a collection

•Once we receive the item in unused and undamaged condition, we’ll process your refund.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

To keep things fair for everyone, there are a few situations where we cannot accept a return or offer a refund:

Rackets

•Rackets that have been used on court

•Rackets where the plastic wrap has been removed

•Rackets with:

•Ball marks

•Scuffs

•Signs of use

Even if it’s “only been used once”, we can’t accept it back — as we’re unable to sell it as new.

Opened Products

•Any item where original packaging has been removed or damaged

•If we can’t resell it as brand new → it cannot be returned

Grips & Balls

•Grips that have been opened

•Balls that have been opened or used

Bags & Clothing

•Must be:

•Unused

•No marks or damage

•Tags still attached

General Rule

If an item shows any signs of use or cannot be resold as new, we won’t be able to accept a return.

Faulty Product Policy

We’re all about top-quality gear, but if you’ve received a faulty or damaged item, we’ll get it sorted ASAP!

How to Report a Faulty Item

1. Message us on WhatsApp at +44 7999658757 with the following:

•Your order number

•A brief description of the issue

5-8 clear photos of the product from different angles

1 short video showing the fault

2. Our team will review the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.

Important Notes:

•If a return is needed, we’ll provide a free prepaid return label so you don’t have to worry about shipping costs.

We’ll make sure you’re back on the court with the right gear in no time!

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return your order. Rackets must be unused, in original packaging, with the plastic still on the handle. Once a racket has been used on court or the handle plastic removed, we cannot accept it as a standard return.

UK returns are free. We will email you a prepaid Royal Mail label. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of your return arriving back with us.

International returns are accepted under the same 30 day conditions. Return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer. Any duties and taxes paid at checkout are refunded along with the product price.

Not sure about a racket? Use our Demo Programme. Pay full price plus £5, use the racket for 2 weeks, then keep it or send it back for a refund.

Wrong or damaged item? That is on us. Message us on WhatsApp with a photo and we will sort a replacement or refund immediately, no quibbles.
