We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn and unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging (clear bag intact and not broken). It is not possible to obtain a refund before receiving the products or cancel an order once placed, as the fulfillment processes are automated.Return shipping costs are charged to the customer who must return the products to the available international warehouses. To start a return, you have to first contact us at support@expedition-units.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.The shipping cost for the return is fully paid by the customer.
