After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped. Shipping

Shipment processing time We have Hong Kong, Los Angeles, New Jersey and Brazil Warehouses. US warehouses serve most orders. All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders will not be shipped or delivered during weekends or holidays. Shipment processing time does not count to the estimated delivery time.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help: 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If you are experiencing a production issue, we are pleased to offer: 12-month replacement with the same model from the date you received it.

If you order was stated as shipped, you cannot cancel it. However, we are happy to help you with the returns.
