Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on most orders over $150 within the contiguous United States.

Orders below $150 ship for a flat rate of $9.95 .

There are no minimum purchase requirements for free shipping beyond the $150 threshold. Please note that while we currently offer free standard shipping, shipping costs and options are subject to change due to carrier rate adjustments or other external factors.

We are also exploring adding expedited shipping options in the future to better serve our customers.

Order Handling & Cut-off Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Time or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Order Transit Time

Delivery typically occurs within 3–7 business days after your order is placed. Some products may have longer lead times, which are noted directly on the product page.

Order Tracking

Sales Tax Information

New York Residents: Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to New York State residents. The tax rate will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.

Back-ordered or Out-of-stock

If an item is sold out, we will notify you and a full refund will be issued in the original form of payment. If the item is back ordered, we will notify you within 48 hours and customer can choose to receive the item when the item is available, or receive a full refund.

Lost Shipments

Order Cancellation

Processing Time: After you purchase any products from us, it will take 1-2 business days to process them.

Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order as long as you do so within 1-2 business days.

Before Shipping: To cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact our customer care team at support@bayte.com . We will process your cancellation request and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Damages and Defects

Photos clearly showing the issue

Resolution: We will swiftly arrange for a return, replacement, or refund at no additional cost , based on your preference.

Change of Mind

If you decide to return an eligible item due to a change of mind, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate the return.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging, with all tags and accessories.

For change-of-mind returns:

Exchanges

For an exchange, please return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. We’ll provide return instructions and next steps once the return is approved.

Wrong Product Received

Large & Oversized / International Items (Final Sale)

Certain oversized, bulky, or made-to-order items — including products shipped directly from international manufacturers — are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange .

These items will be clearly marked on the product page. Please review dimensions and specifications carefully before placing your order.

Packaging and Shipping

Condition: Please ensure you return your product in unused condition with all original product packaging, receipts, and tags .

Approval: If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund Timeframe: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
