Mattress Warranties: Warranties are void if placed on an unapproved foundation or if stained.

Manufacturer’s Warranty: Subject to manufacturer approval and discretion.

Aftermarket Warranty Plans (ServeCo): Claims must be processed directly with ServeCo.

7. Order Cancellation and Returns

Order Cancellation: You may cancel before shipping. If shipped, follow the return process.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds: Not accepted after delivery, unless the product is defective.
