Same Day Shipping*: *Same Day Shipping applies to orders placed on our website before 1:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday. No weekend shipping. Orders placed after 1:00 PM PT will be shipped the next day. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on the next business day. Excludes freight orders, as freight pickups must be scheduled with carriers. Applies to in-stock items only. Shortly after your order ships, you will receive an email providing your tracking information. Please note that some shipping carriers require 24-48 hours to update tracking once a package has been picked up. **While we make every effort to ship orders quickly, Same Day Shipping can not be guaranteed during major holidays including but not limited to: Christmas, New Years Eve/Day, and during the week of Thanksgiving and Cyber Monday. Ground Shipping: Most of our items are shipped through common ground carriers (UPS, FEDEX), we may also use USPS Priority Mail for smaller items. Items shipped via ground shipping normally are delivered in about 2-5 business days or less but in rare cases delivery can take up to 10 days. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Express Shipping: We do offer Express shipping for all items. Please see upgrade options during checkout. Freight Shipping: Large orders over 10 pieces are shipped by freight lines and are normally delivered in about 1 week (most are delivered in less than 1 week, but in rare cases delivery can take up to 10 days). We will email you the shipping/tracking info so you can track your shipment. Signature is Required on all Freight deliveries. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Orders shipped to Alaska & Hawaii: Yes, we do ship to these locations. At this time we do not offer free shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Canada Shipping: We do ship to Canada for a fee. Custom Fees: Customers are responsible for all customs fees. Please check with your local governments to see what duties if any you will have to pay. How do returns / refunds work?

Our Return policy lasts for 30 days. Should you no longer want your Bumpboxx for any reason, please reach out for a refund. To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do charge a 15% restocking fee on all returns. To complete the return, a proof of purchase is needed.

If the 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately a refund will no longer be an option.

If the unit is returned but the refund was not posted to your account, please check your bank account, and or contact your credit card company. It will take some time before the refund is posted to your bank account.
