Dispatch and Delivery Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days after receipt of your order and approval of payment.

Estimated Delivery Times:

USA, UK, and EU countries : 4-7 working days Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South America, and Asia : 6-9 working days

Tracking Information

Tracking numbers will be uploaded automatically once your order is created and packaged. Please allow up to 24 hours after completion for the tracking information to be updated.

Payment Options

The following payment methods are available in our shop:

Credit Card

Provide your credit card details during checkout. Once identified as the legitimate cardholder, your payment will be processed automatically.

PayPal

During checkout, you will be redirected to PayPal’s website. You must log in or create a PayPal account, confirm the payment, and PayPal will process the transaction immediately.

Google Pay

You must have Google Pay activated and be registered with Google. Log in with your access data, confirm the payment, and the transaction will be processed immediately.

Apple Pay

Available via the "Safari" browser. You must be registered with Apple and have Apple Pay activated. Log in with your access data, confirm the payment, and the transaction will be processed immediately.

Contact - MY ONE PACK - Checkout

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

It is not possible to obtain a refund before receiving the products or cancel an order once placed, as the fulfillment processes are automated. Return shipping costs are charged to the customer who must return the products to the available international warehouses. To start a return, you can contact us at info@myonepack.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The shipping cost for the return is fully paid by the customer. Returns shipped to us after the deadline will not be accepted and MyOnePack will have the right to decide whether to send back the products to the customer or offer a credit to be used on the store. You can always contact us for any return question at info@myonepack.com.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@myonepack.com.
