When ordering our products, you will be ordering on a pre order basis.

This is a pre order only product and our turnaround time from the time of order to delivery is 14-21 working days. In some cases this may be sooner.

We cannot be held responsible for outside supplier or courier delays however, we will always try our best to keep you updated should their be any delays to your order past the stipulated 14-21 days as stated above.

Custom Orders

All custom orders require payment in advance before any design or production work begins. This is because significant time and resources are invested at the initial stages of every order, including (but not limited to) reviewing customer-supplied artwork, assessing print suitability, preparing files, vectorising logos where possible, sourcing or recreating artwork, corresponding with customers, and producing design proofs.

Where artwork supplied by the customer is found to be unsuitable for print quality, we will make reasonable efforts to improve, recreate, or source suitable alternatives. However, we cannot guarantee that all customer-supplied artwork can be reproduced to the required standard, particularly where low-resolution or non-vector files are provided.

As custom design work is bespoke and undertaken specifically for each customer, refunds will not normally be granted once work has commenced. This includes time spent on artwork preparation, design, file correction, administration, customer correspondence, and proof creation.

If a customer chooses to cancel their order after design work has begun, any refund offered will be at our sole discretion and will only relate to manufacturing or production costs that have not yet been incurred. Charges for design work, artwork preparation, administration, and time already spent on the order are non-refundable.

We will always endeavour to work with customers to achieve a satisfactory outcome by offering suitable alternatives where possible, including adapting designs, sourcing replacement artwork, or recommending alternative backgrounds or layouts. We kindly ask customers to allow reasonable time for this process, as custom orders require careful attention and are completed alongside other scheduled work.

Shipping Timeframes

Due to the nature of our products being pre order only, we always advise a turnaround time of 14-21 working days for delivery. In most cases we do usually delivery before this timeframe however, please understand that during busy periods such as Christmas, delivery can sometimes take longer than 3 weeks especially when the companies that we use for shipping do also take time off over the festive period.

Klarna

When using Klarna as your choice of payment method at checkout please understand that this will extend the turnaround time for delivery. Although we advise a turnaround time of 14-21 working days for delivery for our products this does not apply when the customer uses Klarna as their preferred payment method so please understand if your order does exceed 21 working days for delivery.

Returns

All of our products are PRE ORDER ONLY unless stated otherwise. As a result of this we DO NOT offer returns unless there is an issue with your item because our products are made to order. We do not stock any products that are shown or advertised on our website.

Faulty or Damaged Goods Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 14 working days from the date of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you find that your order is damaged or faulty in anyway then please contact us to start a return for a replacement of the identical design and product.

To start a return for a replacement product of the identical design and product you can contact us at sales@customdesigncovers.com If your return is accepted, we will advise where to send your package. The safety and cost is the consumers responsibility until such time that we receive your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Colour Viewing Disclaimer Due to many factors, we cannot guarantee that the colours displaying on the website/phone or other viewing devices will exactly match the colour of the product including Custom Orders. Images are displayed in RGB and the product is printed in a different format. There are many variables which can change the way you “see” the colours as you view on your device. Screens are capable of displaying up to 32 million colours and the human eye can only decipher a very small fraction of those colours. Within that small fraction, we all see them differently. In addition, people’s device manufacture and settings may influence how colours are displayed depending on brightness and contrast.

UV Reactive Print Disclaimer

We use high-quality specialised UV-reactive inks to produce our printed covers. While all colours used in the printing process are UV reactive and will respond under ultraviolet (UV) lighting, the intensity and visibility of the effect may vary between colours.

Due to the natural properties of UV-reactive pigments, some colours will appear brighter and more prominent than others when exposed to UV light. This is a normal characteristic of the inks and is not considered a defect or fault in the printing process.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that variations in the brightness, intensity, and visibility of UV-reactive colours are expected and form part of the product's intended appearance. These variations do not qualify as grounds for a refund, replacement, or claim.
