Order Changes: If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us immediately at support@tailgatemart.com . We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Expedited Shipping: Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Overnight Shipping: Delivery typically takes 1 business day after the order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control. Any delays will be communicated with the customer through regular communications.

3. Shipping Rates

At Tailgate Mart, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition: Products must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

Receipt: A copy of the receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

•Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

Process

Initiate Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at returns@tailgatemart.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Receive Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on where to send your item.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Packaging: Ensure that the item is securely packaged. Tailgate Mart is not responsible for items damaged during return shipping.

Refunds
