Returns We do not offer returns or refunds on any products or services purchased from Nostalgic Media LLC. At your request, we will perform the services again on your original order at no charge, if within six months of the date the order was placed.

Abandoned Orders For orders placed and paid for online, you have six months from the date of purchase to send in your material. If we have not received your material after six months from date of purchase, we will consider your order abandoned. Abandoned orders are not eligible for a refund, and may, at our discretion, be closed. For orders placed online using an alternative payment method (contact you for payment), your order will remain open for 30 days from the original order date. After 30 days, if we have not received your materials, your order will be closed. If your order is closed, for both orders placed and paid for online, and orders placed online using an alternative payment method, you must place another order to have your materials transferred. If our pricing has changed since placing your original order, only the new pricing will remain valid per our Terms of Service. Any discounts or coupons applied to your closed order will not be eligible for your new order, unless the promotion(s) are still valid at the time of your new order.

Refunds for Customer Requested Order Cancellation (if applicable) You may only cancel your order if we have not received your materials, and your order has not been deemed abandoned (See "Abandoned Orders" above). Once your request for cancellation is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, per the terms given above in sections, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@nostalgicmedia.com.
