Returns from STATE Bags
Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Returned merchandise should be unused, uncompromised, and have the original vendor tags attached. A $5 return shipping fee is applied to all returned orders and will be deducted from your total refund. Kindly note, shipping fees are non-refundable. Personalized bags and final sale items are final sale and are not eligible to be returned.
