How do I check the status of my order?

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Suspected Fraudulent Orders

Suspected fraudulent orders will be cancelled. AH Baby + co reserves the right cancel suspected fraudulent orders. Customer will be notified by email and given 24 hours to verify purchase, if not verified to AH Baby + co standards then order will be cancelled and credit card transaction fee will be deducted from refund amount.

Returns

We offer store credit or exchange for any items (excluding sale items, hair accessories, original artwork, books or magazines) that are not completely satisfactory, excluding shipping costs.

For exchanges, you MUST get a return authorization from us before sending back any goods. Please email us at hello@ahbabyco.com with your order number and the nature of the problem.

Exchanges are accepted within 14 calendar days of the date of receipt or 30 days if received as a gift.

Holiday exchanges and returns are only accepted as store credit within 10 days of purchase.

Items shipped to AH Baby + co without a prior approval will not be accepted.

Items received more than 14 days after the original order receipt date will not be accepted and no exchange or store credit will be given.

Items must be unworn, in perfect condition, with tags and in their original packaging. No exchanges or store credit can be given on any sale items or during sale periods. All sale items are final sale.

Sorry, we don’t accept exchanges or returns on gift cards, hair accessories, original artwork, books, electronics, car seats or strollers.
