1. Processing time

•Most items are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.

•Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

•Handmade items may take up to 2 weeks to produce so we can ensure quality.

•If an item is out of stock, we'll email you with the best available alternative.

2. Delivery time & cost

Free standard shipping on all orders over $59.99 USD. Orders below that show a flat shipping rate at checkout.

•Standard delivery typically takes 6–20 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.

•Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

•Delivery times can vary due to destination, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.

3. Tracking You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it all the way to your door.

4. Customs, duties & taxes

•International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are not included in your order total.

•All orders ship duty unpaid any customs fees are the customer's responsibility at delivery.

•If a parcel is returned or refused due to unpaid duties, the customer is responsible for return shipping and related charges.

•Customs rules prevent us from labelling items as gifts or changing declared values.

5. Good to know

•Delays can happen during peak seasons or due to customs, weather, or an incorrect shipping address — please double-check your address at checkout.

•If you cancel part of an order and the remaining total drops below the free-shipping threshold, standard shipping rates will apply.

What's covered

Damaged products

Full refund or replacement for items damaged in transit, reported within 30 days of delivery.Photo or video proof is required. We'll provide a return label where applicable.

Incorrect or missing products

If you receive the wrong item or part of your order is missing, we'll issue a full refund or replacement.Claims require clear photo or video proof. We'll provide a return label where needed.

Warranty (defects)

Coverage begins on your delivery date.An item is "defective" if it has a material or workmanship flaw that prevents normal use.Warranty is valid only in the country where the product was purchased.

For hygiene and fairness, we can't accept returns or refunds for:

Electronics

Must be returned new, unused, and in original packaging.If defective on arrival or within 30 days, and not due to misuse, we offer a return or replacement.Returns missing parts, manuals, or packaging — or showing tampering or damage — will be rejected.We can help with manufacturer warranty claims where applicable.

Order delays

If your order is in transit, pending, or without tracking updates for longer than:

We’ll issue a full refund or resend the item. Some methods and destinations may vary.

Shipping, delivery, and signature confirmation

MusttBuy is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, international transit, overseas warehouses, weather, incorrect shipping information, or any other issue outside of our control once an order has been shipped.

Standard shipping does not include signature-at-the-door confirmation unless it is specifically stated at checkout. MusttBuy does not guarantee or provide signature confirmation for delivery unless this service is clearly offered and selected at the time of purchase.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, safe, and accurate delivery address and for monitoring their tracking information once the order has shipped.

Delivered orders

If tracking confirms delivery, MusttBuy is not liable for non-receipt claims, lost packages, stolen packages, misplaced packages, or packages removed after delivery.

Once the carrier marks a package as delivered to the address provided by the customer, the order is considered delivered.

If you believe a confirmed-delivered package was not received, a non-delivery certificate or written confirmation from your local post office or delivery carrier is required to process a claim.

Order cancellations

Orders can be fully refunded before processing and shipping begins.Print-on-demand and pre-order items can't be cancelled once payment is completed.

Buyer-paid return shipping applies when:

Refund process

Refunds are issued after the item passes our quality check.Refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval to your original payment method.Original shipping fees are non-refundable.Depending on your bank or provider, it may take an extra 3–5 days to appear.

Important notes

All photo/video evidence must be clear and detailed.We may deny claims where evidence is insufficient or appears fraudulent.Do not ship returns to the sender address on the package — we'll provide the correct return address after your request is approved.Please make sure returned items match the items listed in your request; we can't process products not purchased from MusttBuy.We reserve the right to refuse returns from accounts that return excessively or abusively.
