We offer a range of shipping options via FedEx, UPS & USPS, including express and overnight options.

Standard 3-5 Business Days (Free Shipping Option on Orders Over $50): Orders to the West Coast typically arrive within 2-3 days. Orders to the East Coast arrive within 5 business days, but often quicker.

Express 2 Business Days: Order by 10am PST to receive in 2 business days (FedEx 2-day or UPS 2-day service).

UPS First Overnight: Order by 9:30am PST for next business day delivery by noon.

International Orders

Note that shipping times will vary by your destination country. We do our best to give shipping delivery date ranges on our checkout page, but international orders are often subject to delays.

We offer a range of shipping options via FedEx, DHL and UPS, including express options, including options for Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) so your order goes through customs quickly.

Third-Party Courier Services (International Orders)

If an international order is shipped to a third-party courier, freight forwarder, or parcel consolidation service, Elite Jumps responsibility ends once the package is marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for loss, delay, or issues that occur after delivery to the courier service. Any further delivery issues must be resolved directly with the chosen courier.

NOTE: Your destination country may charge additional duties, taxes and fees that we are unable to incorporate into your shipping quote. Any such fees are your responsibility. Please note that duties, taxes, and/or any other fees originating from the destination country vary by region and change on a regular basis.

1 Year Warranty

We take great pride in the quality of products, and we want you to have a great experience when you shop with us. You have one year from the time of delivery to check the durability and quality of our products.

Our products are guaranteed with a 1-year money back warranty. Within the 1 year warranty we will refund, repair and/or replace parts or products that are defective in materials or workmanship. We pay the shipping.

Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that would be expected, particularly on jump rope cables that are used outdoors on rough surfaces. Specifically, bare wire cables will wear quickly, as noted on the product page.

You will talk to a native English speaking customer service agent here at our warehouse in Wenatchee, WA. If we're not available leave a message and we'll get back to your promptly. Returns & Refunds

If you want to return your product, or get a refund for any reason other than issues with the quality, the item must be returned within 90 days from the day you've received your order and must be unused (we must be able to re-sell the product as new to another customer). Transit times are not included within this time. If you need to return an item, you can request a return through your manage account section or email us at contact@elitejumps.co and we will send return instructions including return address.

•Item must be sent back with your order information (order number, item, name, address and email). This is so we can correctly identify your order with the returned item.

•Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

•All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.

•Returns can take up to 7 days to process, so don't worry if you've tracked your return as delivered but haven't received your refund yet.

•You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and a 5% restocking fee for the labor to process the return, both of which will be deducted from your refund.

•The returned parcel is the customers responsibility up until Elite Jumps has acknowledged that the package has been received.

•Any returns received without order information may result in a delay in the processing of your refund.

If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.
