Shipping Shipping Policy: All packages from are shipped "FOB origin" or "FOB shipping point". Spectrum Medical, Inc. considers all sales complete at our shipping dock, and thus the buyer of the goods is responsible for freight costs and liability during transport. All goods except perishable items are shipped to arrive Monday through Friday. If your business is closed; packages will be delivered the next business day. Refrigerated items ship M-Th. If your office will be closed during certain hours or days you should make alternative delivery arrangements with our preferred Carriers UPS or FedEx. Refund policy We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
