Processing and Handling Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Though every attempt is made to ship orders as quickly as possible, we may sometimes experience delays due to weather related disruptions, warehouse/employee shortages, and other logistical related issues.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking Number

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be generated and provided to you via email. You may use that tracking number to track your package as it is in transit.

Military APO, FPO and DPO

We provide shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Transit Times

All shipments shipped via Ground Service, USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and other economy shipping methods have a transit time of 3-5 Business Days. If you have requested Expedited Shipping on your order, transit time may vary from 1-3 Business Days.

Shipping Prices

All orders under $99.99 are $4.95 for shipping. All orders $100 and above are free ground shipping service.

Shipping Methods

All orders ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Free shipping offered on our website includes FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, USPS First Class Mail, and USPS Priority Mail. All other shipping services incur an extra charge. Expedited shipping ships via FedEx or UPS Overnight, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Air.

International Shipping

We do offer international shipping to most countries. These rates are not populated on our website. Please use the Request Quote button on our product pages to build your order - once you submit a quote, we will give you a shipping estimate to your destination.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Serfinity Medical is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Orders are returnable up to 15 calendar days from the date of delivery (exceptions apply). To obtain a Returned Authorization (RA) number, please have the following information on hand when you contact us: Customer Name, Order Number, Serial Number, and Concern. Those returns authorized by Grayline Training Supplies may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% plus applicable shipping cost. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 15 calendar days. After 15 days, the manufacturer warranty may still be applicable. Customers are advised to contact the manufacturer directly to resolve any issues pertaining to the performance of a product. It is important that the RA number is clearly written on the outside of the box. Packages received without an RA number will be returned to you or will not refunded.

If you paid for the purchase with a credit card or PayPal, your account will be credited back the amount of the purchase once the product has been received. and checked by our staff. If you paid with a check or money order, allow 10-14 days to receive your refund check from Grayline Training Supplies from the time we receive the returned product.

On all product returns, you are responsible for return shipping unless the sender has made a mistake. You may use UPS, FedEx, or any other ground parcel carrier of your choice through which online tracking of shipment is available

If you are returning an item shipped due to our mistake, we apologize for your inconvenience. We will reimburse you for the delivery costs and the cost to ship the product back to us. For any other return, you are responsible for the original delivery costs and the return shipping expense. Shipping expense in the case of free shipping will be calculated as shipping charges incurred by us

For all prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements. Footrests are not included with wheelchairs unless specified. Pictures of the items shown on our web site doesn't mean that all the items shown in the picture are included in the price since items may be shown on the web site with all accessories which are available as optional and should be purchased additionally Please read the description carefully to check what are the contents of product you are ordering.

All products to be returned must be returned within 7 days from receiving the RA Number in an unused condition and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.

Grayline Training Supplies reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 15 days from the delivery date. If the product is accepted after 15 days, credit will be issued toward future purchases or given an even exchange.
