Overview

We want you to love what you bought. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — within 30 days of delivery, on items that meet the condition requirements below.

Return Window

You have 30 days from your delivery date to start a return or exchange. Returns initiated after the 30-day window are not accepted.

Hassle-Free Returns, Exchanges & Package Protection

Hassle-Free Returns, Exchanges & Package Protection is a paid add-on offered at checkout. It covers:

•A free return shipping label

•Protection against loss, damage, theft, wrong or missing items, and carrier errors (including return-to-sender) during transit

If you opted in: file a claim at https://app.corso.com/nomatic and our team will take care of it.

If you didn't opt in: you'll cover return shipping yourself when you start a return. The cost varies by item, and you'll need to work directly with the carrier on any in-transit issues.

Exchanges are free for every customer, whether or not you opted in (see Exchanges below).

Original outbound shipping costs, if paid at checkout, are non-refundable in all cases.

Item Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

•New and unused

•In original packaging

•With all original tags attached and intact

Apparel cannot be worn or washed. Every return is inspected on arrival. Items found used, damaged, or otherwise not in restockable condition may be subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

Exchanges

Exchanges are free for every customer, whether or not you purchased Hassle-Free Returns, Exchanges & Package Protection at checkout.

Exchanges are limited to the same product in a different size or color. If you'd like a different product, choose store credit when you start your return and place a new order.

International Orders

We accept returns on international orders, but we do not provide a return label. You're responsible for return shipping and any applicable customs or duties.

Exchanges are not available on international orders.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

•Final sale items

•Clearance items

•Gift cards

•Refurbished products

Holiday Return & Exchange Policy

Purchases made between November 1 and December 31 are eligible for return or exchange until January 31 of the following year. All other policy terms apply.

How to Start a Return

Start your return at https://app.corso.com/nomatic . Once your return is initiated, we'll email you a return label valid for 30 days. If your label expires before you ship, email info@nomatic.com for a new one.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

Manufacturer's Lifetime Warranty

Backpacks, bags, luggage, and accessories purchased from NOMATIC are covered by our Manufacturer's Lifetime Warranty against defects that affect the main functionality of the product, including:

•Broken zippers and torn zipper tracks

•Broken buttons

•Seal and seam defects

The warranty does not cover:

•Cosmetic blemishes, scratches, or stains

•Accidental damage, misuse, or airline mishandling

•Lost or misplaced items

•Apparel, wallets, refurbished items, final sale, clearance, or second-hand items

The warranty extends to the original owner only and requires proof of purchase. Where possible, we'll repair the item. If repair isn't possible, you may be eligible for a replacement of the same item.

Items purchased through approved dealers must be registered within 30 days of purchase to qualify. Register at https://app.corso.com/nomatic/register .

Apparel & Wallet Limited 1-Year Warranty

NOMATIC apparel and wallets are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original purchase date. This warranty does not cover abuse, modification, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

Certified Refurbished Limited 1-Year Warranty

Certified Refurbished products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original purchase date, on the same terms as our Apparel & Wallet warranty.

For items purchased through an approved dealer: https://app.corso.com/nomatic/register (must be registered within 30 days of purchase)

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Coverage extends to the original owner only.

Liability

NOMATIC is not liable for damage to computers, cameras, equipment, clothing, or anything else in the surrounding environment caused by using our products, or for bodily injury to the user or others. Items purchased from unauthorized resellers are not covered by warranty.
