At Dardasha Books o ur goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every month since our inception, we delivered to hundreds of customers across the region, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. Now, we offer international shipping to select countries as well!

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed. The delivery and fulfilment partner receives the order, which takes an additional 2 days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about [7] business days. US orders are shipped by DHL . After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Taxes, Duties & Country specific fees (Import etc)

The recipient is responsible for all duties, taxes, customs, and other payments in their respective territory/country, to process and deliver their shipment accordingly. Dardasha Books takes no responsibility for any and all products that may be held in customs, have outstanding import duty/taxes or otherwise held by the governing body in that territory.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return, if item is faulty. Faulty items includes damage to the book(s) prior to delivery, missing pages, missing books from book sets.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, and a picture of the damage with a valid reason (stated above) for a return.To start a return, you can contact us at support@dardashabooks.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at support @dardashabooks.com .

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, giveaways, promotions or other reduced price items.

Exchanges Exchanges are not accepted.

CancellationsOrder cancellations once payment is held are not accepted.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
