Oh Grace Boutique is NOT responsible for: -Delays with the US Postal Service or UPS -Wrong address entered at checkout -Lost or damaged items. You can file a claim with the carrier below using your tracking number.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify that the address he/she provides is correct. Hudson House is NOT responsible if a package is shipped to the wrong address or shipped back to us due to an incorrect address. Oh Grace Boutique will not be responsible for paying for additional shipping to try to get the package to the correct destination, that is the buyer's responsibility. Oh Grace Boutique aims to provide a quick processing and shipping timeline, so you will have minimal time to change/correct your order if you enter in the wrong address, so please double check that you entered in the correct address. If you notice that you entered the wrong address and are unable to change/cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at info@ohgraceboutique.com . We will do our best to make the changes for you, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.

PREORDERS

-Payment is charged immediately, NOT when the item is shipped -If you would like to cancel your preorder for a full refund, please do so PRIOR to notification of shipment. IF you have changed your mind about the item but it has already shipped, you must follow the returns process. -If you order a preorder item with in-stock items, they will be shipped separately but you will only be charged for shipping once. -The Preorder date is approximate and may vary depending on delivery from the manufacturer. We will keep this date current to our knowledge.

Oh Grace Boutique will gladly accept returns or exchanges if you are not happy with your purchase. We accept returns or exchanges of items that have NOT been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or defective for boutique credit within 2 weeks of purchase. We do not offer cash/card refunds.

Oh Grace Boutique offers exchanges of the same item for a different size, pending the availability of sizes.

If you received an item that is damaged or defective, you must email info@ohgraceboutique.com within 5 days of delivery. You must include pictures of the damaged item in your email. Refunds and exchanges based on damaged goods will be handled on a case-by-case basis to avoid abuse of the policy.

For hygiene purposes, we do not accept items that have obvious use, makeup, spray tan, pet hair, deodorant, perfume, or any other similar stains and may be subject to denial and sent back to you. If we receive a return or exchange with any of the above, we reserve the right to refuse return/exchange and the item will be sent back to you.

Please note that we do not provide prepaid return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping.
