5. Missing or Delayed Packages

Missing Package: If your package is missing or significantly delayed, please reach out to us so we can resolve the issue immediately.

Delivered but Missing: If your tracking information shows that the package was delivered but you have not received it, you must report this to us within 7 days of the listed delivery date.

6. Changes and Cancellations

Changes on Orders

Buyers are allowed to make changes to orders placed, within 24 hours of making their purchases and before the orders are fulfilled. Additional charges will be incurred by the buyers for any changes made to the orders after 24 hours of making their purchases.

Buyers are not allowed to cancel their purchases after the orders are placed.

Replacement

In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request for a product replacement within 7 days of receiving the item. To request for a replacement, buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to help@thenaturalposture.com. If the case is deemed valid, The Natural Posture will cover related cost to deliver a replacement.

After 30 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request for item replacement for any reason.
