Please note that our hair products are all natural with no preservatives of any kind. When ordering during the warmer months there are chances in which the cream can melt if not kept in a cool place. If this happens, the product will still work as is. If you have a hand held mixer it can be melted down and rewhipped. Due to this we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
