Processing Time All Bearista Brews coffees and teas are roasted or prepared to order. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

International Shipping We ship to select countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

No Returns on Opened Products

All sales on opened coffee, tea, and merchandise are final. Once a bag has been opened, we are unable to accept a return or issue a refund. This ensures every customer receives a product that meets our freshness and quality standards.

Unopened Products

If your order arrives unopened and in unsatisfactory condition, we'll make it right. You may be eligible for a return or exchange if:

•The product is unopened and in its original packaging

•You contact us within 7 days of delivery

•You provide your order number and a brief description of the issue

•To initiate a return, email us at sales@bearistabrews.com with your order details.

•Dammaged or Incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we've got you covered — no questions asked. Reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

•Opened coffee or tea products

•Opened merchandise (apparel, mugs, etc.)

•Digital products or gift cards

•Items purchased during promotional sales (unless damaged or incorrect)
