Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free shipping is offered on orders over $99 that are shipping within the continental United States. The order total is calculated using the product total, less any discounts.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (inventory permitting and excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

(Standard overnight shipping orders must be made by 12PM Monday-Friday in order to ship next day. Overnight orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not process until the following Monday.)

International Shipping

We offer international shipping worldwide. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Lume Cube is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.Tube Light XLEach Lume Cube 4’ Tube Light includes an additional $10 handling fee to cover the oversized shipping costs charged by carriers.

Extended Holiday Return Policy

All orders placed between November 1 and December 25 will enjoy our extended holiday return policy valid through January 30,2026.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your order, we’ll refund items shipped back within 30 days of delivery. To create a prepaid return shipping label and return your product for a refund, visit our returns page.

To be eligible for a refund, your returned item must be unused and in the original packaging.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

Please do not send your purchase back to the address it was shipped from. Only use the provided return label from our returns portal.

Non-returnable items:

•Gift cards.

•Items not purchased by or shipped to you directly.

•Certified Refurbished products

Certified Refurbished products are final sale. We do not accept returns and do not issue refunds on these products. However, these products are covered by our 1-Year warranty policy. If you have questions about our warranty policy, please contact support@lumecube.com .

Gifts:To return a gift that was shipped directly to you at the time of purchase, please contact support@lumecube.com.There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.Refunds:Once your return is delivered and inspected at the address on the return label, refunds will automatically be processed. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method, and an email will be sent to notify you once this is completed.

EU Right of Withdrawal:If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

Once your withdrawal request is received, we will confirm receipt via email.

If there are any discrepancies with the expected returned items or issues with the condition of the returned items, this may cause a delay in processing your refund.
