Items from our curated collection ship within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays.) Our customized items are all carefully stitched by hand and have a 2-3 week lead time unless rushed processing is added to your order. Please note that if your order contains pieces from both the curated and the customized sections of our shop, it will ship in one package once your customized pieces have been completed. If you need your non-personalized items sooner, we encourage you to consider placing 2 separate orders.

All customized items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. While we do not offer exchanges, we gladly accept returns on full-price, non-personalized products from our curated shop for in-store credit only within 30 days of purchase. All sale items are final sale. To be eligible for return, items must be in their original condition– unworn and unwashed– with tags attached, when applicable. The buyer is responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please email hello@honeymoonbabyco.com to initiate a return. Any items sent back to Honey Moon Baby Co that are ineligible for return will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
