Shipping Call for shipping rates outside the Continental US. Shipping timeline: 3 – 5 days with white glove delivery up to 10 days. Special Delivery Destinations / Limited Access – A minimum $100.00 charge will apply to all shipments consigned to delivery points with limited or high-security access such as: schools, farms, military bases, prisons, government buildings, resort properties, trade-shows or convention centers, etc. Re-Delivery / Return Trip – A $75.00 charge will apply for each re-delivery. Reconsignment – If while in transit, the shipment needs to be reconsigned to an alternative location, additional fees will apply depending on the charges incurred. Please inspect the product for any damages prior to signing the trucking paperwork.  If the crate is damaged, that is ok, we have protected the product inside. Refund policy If you are unhappy for any reason with an item purchased from FITBENCH you can return it within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging and must be in salable condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping. You will be issued a refund via check within 30 days of your return. The refund amount will be the original amount you paid minus the shipping costs that you were originally charged.
