All BlackStrap orders ship straight from our HQ in Bend, Oregon. We get most orders out the door within two business days, and if you place your order by 10 AM PST (Mon–Fri), it usually ships the same day.

•Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend head out the following Monday.

•If there’s ever a delay or a cancellation, we’ll keep you in the loop.

Please keep in mind that order fulfillment gets wild during the holiday season or high sales volume, and it can take longer to get your gear out the door. We do not ship orders on weekends or federal holidays.

At checkout, you can choose from several shipping methods to fit your timeline. All rates are discounted carrier rates, and you’ll see accurate delivery estimates before you place your order. Please note: we don’t currently ship to every country.

BlackStrap gladly accepts free returns or exchanges for items purchased from blackstrap.com within 30 days of delivery. To receive a full refund for returned items, please ensure the tags are intact and the items are unwashed and in new condition.

Return Policy Exceptions:

•For international and U.S. territory purchases, sales are final and cannot accept returns.

•Donations or purchases from unauthorized stores or websites are ineligible for return or exchange.

•Items marked as “closeout” are ineligible for return or exchange.

•Items purchased with "pro purchase" are ineligible for return or exchange.

•Items that are worn, washed, or without original tags intact are ineligible for return or exchange.

Please include the original packing slip OR your name, mailing address, email address, and order number so we can quickly process your refund and credit the original payment method. Refunds may take 2-4 weeks to process due to the time often required for shipping and bank processing.
