At Local Route Disc Golf Pro Shop, we work hard to process orders quickly, package them carefully, and ship them accurately. Once your order has been shipped, we'll gladly help with any shipping issues whenever possible.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days. During major product releases, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to the address provided during checkout.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately. If your order has not yet shipped, we can usually update the address at no charge.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

If a package is returned to Local Route because the shipping address provided was incorrect, incomplete, outdated, undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed, the customer may choose one of the following options after the package has been returned to us:

Pay the actual cost to reship the order to the correct address.

Receive a refund for the merchandise and any shipping charges paid during checkout, less any return postage or carrier fees charged to Local Route.

Delivered Packages

If tracking shows your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery scan.

We recommend checking around your property, with household members, neighbors, apartment offices, or mailrooms before reporting a package missing.

Once the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout, Local Route cannot be responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or removed after delivery. We will gladly help investigate the shipment with the carrier whenever possible.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or is missing an item, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Your order number

Photos of the item(s) received

Photos of any damaged product or packaging (if applicable)

If the error was ours, we'll make it right at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Delays

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Weather, holidays, carrier delays, customs, and other events outside of our control may occasionally delay delivery.

Return & Issue Window

All return requests and order issues must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.

This includes requests for returns, exchanges, incorrect items, missing items, damaged items, or other order concerns.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

•New, unused, and unthrown.

•In the same condition as received.

•In its original packaging, with tags and accessories if applicable.

•Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items that show signs of use, wear, damage, alteration, or field testing may not be eligible for a full refund.

Photos Required for Order Issues

Photos are required for damaged items, incorrect items, or any issue where Local Route Disc Golf Pro Shop may have shipped the wrong product.

This helps us verify what happened, correct mistakes quickly, improve our packing and fulfillment process, and assist with carrier or manufacturer claims when needed.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake, a defective product, or an incorrect item shipped by Local Route Disc Golf Pro Shop, we will provide return instructions and cover the cost of return shipping.

If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

If the return is due to our mistake or a defective product, we will refund the item and any shipping charges paid by the customer.

If the return is not due to our mistake, shipping charges may not be refundable if shipping services have already been provided.

Refund timing may vary depending on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be available depending on inventory.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund, store credit, or another suitable option.

Used Products

Used merchandise is evaluated individually.

If a returned used item is not in the same condition as when it was received, any refund may be reduced based on its condition.

Disc Golf Product Variations

Disc golf discs naturally vary from run to run. Color, swirl pattern, foil color, stamp placement, dome, stiffness, and exact weight may differ from product photos or previous runs.

Manufacturer flight numbers, plastic descriptions, and specifications are provided as general guidance and are not guarantees of individual disc performance.

These normal manufacturing variations are not considered defects.

Limited Edition, Collector & Final Sale Items

Some items are not eligible for return or exchange, including but not limited to:

•Gift cards

•Clearance merchandise

•Special-order products

•Custom products

•Items marked Final Sale

•Certain limited-edition or collector products

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders that have not yet been packed or shipped can often be changed or canceled.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Please see our Shipping Policy for information regarding shipping addresses, carrier issues, and returned shipments.

Manufacturer Warranty

Many products sold by Local Route Disc Golf Pro Shop are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty rather than the retailer.

If a product develops a manufacturing defect after use, we will gladly assist you in contacting the manufacturer whenever possible.
