Disc Golf Starter Set (Discmania Evolution 3-Disc Box Starter Set)

We ship worldwide via multiple shipping carriers (Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, etc.) from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. You will be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout. Shipping cost is determined by (1) the total weight and volume of your order as charged by the shipping carrier and (2) a small surcharge to cover our shipping supplies.

Expected shipping times displayed at checkout are estimated by the shipping carrier and may or may not come with service delivery guarantees (depending on the selected service). For most shipping carriers, expected shipping times are displayed in business days (ie. does not include Saturday/Sunday). FedEx is the only carrier that delivers 7 days a week.

The system will calculate the shipping cost of your trackable parcel after you checkout, prior to any payment. An email confirmation will be sent to you upon payment and second email confirmation will be sent when your order is packaged. If your selected shipping method includes tracking, this second email will include a tracking number for you to track the status of your order.

US Shipping

We provide multiple shipping carriers as options for US shipping.

Canada Post - US orders shipped via Canada Post are handed off to USPS once arriving in the USA. For assistance with a package, please contact your local USPS outlet while providing them your tracking number.

Same Day Shipping

We strive to ship your orders out on the same or next day. During weekdays (Monday to Friday), most orders placed before 3:00 PM Central Standard Time will be packaged and shipped same day. During weekends (Saturday, Sunday), most orders placed before 4:00 PM Central Standard Time will be packaged and shipped same day (even though it's in the shipping carriers hands, it may not start moving until Monday).

PayPal eCheck

If you choose to use Paypal eCheck, please be aware that there is a 5 to 12 business day delay, during which Paypal is verifying your payment. We cannot process your order until Paypal has cleared the payment, so please expect a 1 to 2 week delay on orders using Paypal eCheck.

Shipping time is determined by your shipping option and shipping destination (delivery times to major urban centres will be quicker). We currently offer the following shipping options:

•Canada Post $5.25 single disc, ship via letter mail (customer risk, no tracking, no insurance, shipped in a letter mailer)

•Canada Post Trackable Expedited Parcel (delivery time of 2 to 8 business days)

•Canada Post Trackable Xpresspost Parcel (delivery time of 2 to 4 business days)

These estimated delivery times are based off of orders within Canada. For international customers, please allow extra time for your package to clear customs.

We offer a 180-day return policy (you have 180 days after receiving your order to request a return). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at info@discrepublic.ca . If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your item is found to be defective/damaged upon arrival then Disc Republic accepts responsibility of the return shipping costs. If a return is requested due to a change of mind or item ordered by mistake, then the responsibility of return shipping costs are assigned to the customer.
