All in stock orders will be processed and fulfilled within 1-2 business days. Drop Ship and Custom orders will be processed in 1-2 business, lead times for these products are listed on the product page and shipping times may vary.

PO Boxes and APO Shipments

GolfDiscount.com gladly ships to PO Boxes and APO addresses through USPS. Shipments that require services other than FedEx or UPS may require additional payment.

Orders shipped to Canada will be delivered by UPS International Express unless noted otherwise. The brokerage fee is waived, but customers are responsible for GST/PST taxes at delivery.

All international orders will be shipped via UPS International unless noted otherwise. Shipping rates are dependent upon the dimensional weight and destination of the shipment.

International Orders

GolfDiscount.com, a US corporation, ships to over 150 countries worldwide. All orders are shipped via UPS International, FedEx, or USPS when applicable. Customers are responsible for all duties, customs charges and taxes imposed by your local government. Please contact your local chamber of commerce for duty/customs charges for your particular country.

International shipments are unable to be rerouted, if an attempt is made to reroute the shipment or to pick up the package directly from the terminal, the package will immediately be shipped back to GolfDiscount.com and a credit for only the equipment purchased will be refunded.

Worldwide Shipping Information

If you do not find rates for your country listed during checkout, please contact us for a quote. Most International orders submitted to GolfDiscount.com are processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt. If the item is a drop ship product, and noted with a manufacturer shipping date range, your order will be processed and shipped at our earliest possible convenience typically within 3-7 business days. For Special Orders and merchandise that is back-ordered from the manufacturer, your equipment will be shipped once it is received.

The cost of shipping insurance for your purchase is included in the price that is quoted. Packages are protected 100% until the merchandise arrives and is signed for by you. Please contact your local chamber of commerce for duty/customs charges for your particular country.

Please note that we are only able to ship to the card holder's billing address. If you would like your order shipped to another address, additional verification may be requested by our shipping staff.

•Print your UPS return label and drop off your package at any UPS location.

Label Fees:

•Standard items: $14.99 return shipping fee (deducted from your refund)

•Oversize items*: $19.99 return shipping fee (deducted from your refund)

Oversize items include: Package Sets, Bags, Travel Covers, Carts, and Hitting Mats.

Exchanges

Our improved, expedited exchange process is designed to ship the new item to you even before we receive the original item back.

To create an exchange, please place a new order for the item you would like BEFORE you create a return label for the original item. (Standard shipping rates apply on new orders)

The return label form will ask for both the original order number, as well as the new order number.

International customers are responsible for shipping all exchanges back to GolfDiscount.com.

If you are exchanging Clothing or Shoes for a different color or size the return label will be $9.99

A standard charge of $14.99 will be applied to exchanges for using this label.

Oversize items* will incur a charge of $19.99 applied to exchanges for using this label.

Clothing/Shoes/Bags/Accessories

Does a garment or pair of shoes not fit correctly? Is a product not exactly what you expected? No problem, we will provide an exchange or full refund on new/unused clothing, shoes, bags and accessories.

Stock Golf Clubs That Have NOT Been Hit

Stock (Non-custom) golf clubs that have not been hit and are still in new condition (original specs, including grip) may be returned within 30 days for an exchange or full refund. All components (headcover, wrench, grip sensors) must be included with your return.

Custom Golf Clubs

All custom-ordered clubs returned to Golfdiscount.com, whether new or used, are subject to our 100 Day Satisfaction Guarantee . All custom orders are eligible for Golfdiscount.com credit for use on a different item under our 100 Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

Shop Worn - Demo - Pre-Owned Clubs

Customers may return these items for an exchange or credit within 14 days of delivery; however, these clubs are subject to a mandatory restocking fee of 20%.

Personalized Items

Personalized items, including golf balls, golf bags, apparel and towels may not be returned.

Manufacturer Warranties

As an Authorized Retailer, all products sold on GolfDiscount.com are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. If you have questions regarding a specific product, please contact customer service at 1-800-394-GOLF(4653).

Defective Merchandise

Our shippers inspect and verify every order that ships out, however sometimes a defective product reaches a customer. If your equipment is defective within 30 days of purchase, we will arrange for your equipment to be picked up by FedEx or UPS free of charge (excluding international customers).

In an effort to expedite the process, we will ship out a replacement to you free of charge instead of waiting on the warranty service using FedEx or UPS Ground.

After 30 days, GolfDiscount.com will still take care of any manufacturer warranty services, however the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. Once a repair is completed or replacement issued, GolfDiscount.com will ship the equipment to you on FedEx or UPS Ground free of charge.

Clubs that are determined to have been altered from their original specifications by the customer or outside agencies voids the manufacturer warranty and those items will not be covered under the defective merchandise policy.

If you receive an item in error, please call Customer Service at 1-800-394-4653. A representative will set up a return label and have the correct item shipped to you ASAP.

GolfDiscount.com reserves the right to refuse any return that does not fall within the above parameters or that shows excessive damage deemed to have been caused by actions outside the normal course of play. Missing components will result in a minimum re-stocking fee of 25%.

International Returns and Exchanges

Please note that for international orders, return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. While we’re happy to assist with your return, we’re unable to cover international shipping fees. Thank you for your understanding!

•Clubs must be returned as ordered on the original purchase without alterations (E.g. grip or shaft change, lie adjustment, etc.)

•Any clubs that are damaged or show signs of abuse beyond normal wear and tear will not be accepted

•Customers will assume freight charges on the return of the product

•This guarantee can only be used one time towards the original purchase

What is “Free Returns + Package Protection” Coverage?

When you opt-in for coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for free. If your item is lost or damaged in transit, your order is also protected.

If you decide not to buy return coverage you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
