At Illuminated By Design, all products are custom-made to order. Processing times may vary depending on order size, complexity, and seasonal demand.

We ship nationwide across the United States and also offer local pickup for customers in Southern California.

🛠️ Processing Time

All orders require a production period before shipping.

•Standard processing time: 5–7 business days

•Large or bulk orders: 7–14 business days

•Custom corporate or event orders: timelines vary based on project scope

Processing time begins after payment is received and design approval (if applicable).

📦 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Once your order has been completed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

•USPS / UPS Ground: 3–7 business days

•Expedited shipping (if selected): 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

Local pickup is available for customers in:

Once your order is complete, you will receive pickup instructions via email or message.

Pickup times are by appointment only.

🎉 On-Site Event Orders

For live engraving and event services:

•Delivery and setup details will be arranged directly with the client

•Travel fees may apply depending on location (Riverside, Orange County, Los Angeles, and surrounding areas)

•Event timelines are confirmed at booking

🚚 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping unless otherwise arranged for special corporate orders.

⚠️ Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Delays may occur due to:

•Weather conditions

•Holiday volume

•Carrier disruptions

Once your package is in transit, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

📦 Lost or Missing Packages

If your package appears lost or delayed:

•Check tracking information provided by the carrier

•Contact the shipping carrier directly

•Then contact us at info@illuminatedbydesign.com for assistance

We will assist in filing a claim when necessary.

Corporate and bulk orders may have extended processing and shipping timelines depending on order size.

Clients will receive a custom production and delivery timeline before work begins.

All items from Illuminated By Design are custom-made, made-to-order products. Because each item is personalized and created specifically for your order, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been approved and placed into production.

🛠️ Custom Orders

All custom engraved products, including but not limited to:

•Laser engraved gifts

•Acrylic signage

•Corporate branding items

•Personalized tumblers

•Event and wedding items

•Bulk or corporate orders

are non-refundable and non-returnable due to their personalized nature.

✏️ Order Changes

Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

After 24 hours, or once production has begun, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging and quality control.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

•Order number

•Photos of the item and packaging

•Description of the issue

We will review your case and offer a replacement or resolution when appropriate.

🎯 Proof Approval

For custom designs that require approval, customers are responsible for reviewing all proofs carefully before final approval.

Once approved, we are not responsible for spelling errors, design mistakes, or incorrect information provided by the customer.

🚚 Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) once the order has been shipped.

If your package is delayed or missing, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

🏢 Corporate & Bulk Orders

All corporate, bulk, and event orders are final sale once invoiced and production begins.

Due to the scale and customization of these orders, cancellations and refunds are not available after payment is received.
