30-Day Return Policy

Most eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

We accept returns for:

•Unused, non-defective products that meet the return conditions below

Return Eligibility

•Be returned within 30 days after delivery.

•Be unused and in its original condition unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

•Include the original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, and all included components.

•Not fall under the non-returnable items listed below.

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Return Shipping

•If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped) or because the item arrived damaged or defective, Smart Supply Deals will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee may be deducted from refunds for eligible non-defective returns.

No restocking fee will be charged for returns involving damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

•Refunds are processed within 5 business days.

•Your financial institution may require an additional 3–10 business days to post the refund.

•Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Order Cancellations
