How much is shipping?
We have a flat rate global shipping fee of $4.95 USD.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship anywhere in the world. All orders come with insured shipping and a tracking number.
Please note that we do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes, Territories & Minor Outlying Islands and Military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO).
How do I track my package?
You will receive an email with your order tracking number once your order is dispatched. If you haven't received that email 5 days after placing your order, please email us at info@zilkee.com
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
It normally takes 3-5 business days for orders to be processed and 2 weeks for orders to be delivered after dispatch.
UPDATE: Please note that due to COVID-19, we are currently experiencing delays and there will likely be a 2 week delay in order processing time.
Where do you ship from?
We currently ship all orders from our warehouse in USA, Australia and China.
