Refund policy Returns for processed orders Think we missed something on your processed order? We make returns super simple. Simply contact us to setup a review and if we can’t fix them, you get your money back. No hassle. We accept returns within 30 days of completion of an order. An order is completed, and the 30 days starts, from the day our team hands the product to the shipping carrier for final delivery to you. Though we are not obligated to do so, we sometimes take returns past the 30 day window at our sole discretion. If you believe you are entitled to a return even though the 30 day window has expired, please contact us to voice your concerns. Returns/Refunds for unprocessed orders - If your Legacybox kit hasn't shipped out yet, we can offer a full refund. - If your Legacybox kit has shipped out, we can offer a refund less shipping + a restocking fee, if it's within 30 days of your original order date. - If you've sent us your filled Legacybox to be processed, your order can't be canceled/returned.
