60-Day Home Trial
You have 60 days to decide. If your sofa doesn't fit your life, return it. No complicated hoops, no fighting for it.Most customers never use this. Once the sofa lands in your living room, it tends to stay. But knowing you can return it is the whole point.
How it works:
Contact us at support@sofatica.com with your order number. We'll review your request and send a return shipping label within 2 business days. Returns are subject to a restocking fee and return shipping cost. Items must be in returnable condition. See the full return conditions .
If something arrives damaged:
Email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@sofatica.com . Include your order number, photos of the damage, and photos of the packaging. We'll sort it out. Customers in the EU have 14 days from delivery under local regulations.Custom orders are built specifically for you. They're non-refundable once production begins.
Cancellations
Changed your mind before it ships? No problem.
Cancel within 24 hours of ordering and we charge a 5% transaction fee to cover payment processing. Cancel after 24 hours but before shipment and that fee is 10%. Once your sofa ships, the standard 60-day return process applies.
