It must also be in original packaging. Shipping costs for exchanged items are the responsibility of the buyer unless the exchange is the result of a shipping error on behalf of MorrisonMade. The buyer is responsible for shipping. Once we have received your item(s) we will inspect them for signs of use. We do not refund original shipping fees.

Returns are not eligible on customized orders. This Includes belts. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial or no refunds are granted as follows: - Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
