Refund policy Sometimes, a beautiful piece of lighting doesn’t work out the way you had envisioned.   It’s our pleasure to assist you with your return. In order to return an item, you will first need to  Contact Us   to obtain a return authorization within 14 days of receipt of the delivery that you wish to return the product. Request for returns cannot be accepted 15 or more days after delivery. Please note that all returned items must be in their original packaging and will be authorized only after inspection and approval by Montreal Lighting & Hardware Returns are subject to a minimum restocking fee and/or handling charges of 25% for any returned items, except in the case of a defective item or inaccurate shipments, including special orders. There are no returns on custom orders. The customer will be responsible for the manufacturer’s restocking fee (if greater than 25%), as well as the return freight charges. Refused deliveries will not be refunded. Alternatively, if the customer prefers, Montreal Lighting & Hardware will waive the 25% restocking fee and refund the customer in full as store credit (in the form of a gift card) to be used on a later purchase.
