If you need to cancel your order:

Most orders can be cancelled by contacting us within 12 hours of purchase. However, custom and made-to-order pieces are never cancelable or returnable. These include many furniture pieces, light fixtures, oversized items, mirrors and artwork.

If you received a damaged or defective item:

On the rare occasion that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for a return authorization number and address. Please include pictures of the damaged item and box, and be sure to keep the item in it’s original packaging. We will arrange for a prompt replacement and pickup of the original item.

If you changed your mind or the item doesn’t work in your home:

We want you to be delighted with your purchase! If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind or it doesn’t work in your home, please contact us within 21 days of delivery for a return authorization number and return address. You may return your item in its original packaging for a Scenario Home credit which may be used to select a replacement or towards any future purchase. If you’d prefer a refund in the original method of payment, up to a 30% restocking fee may apply*. In either case, you will be responsible for arranging the return and any shipping fees. Once your item is received in our warehouse and determined to be in new & unused condition, we will process your credit or refund. Custom and made-to-order pieces are never cancelable or returnable.
