Non-eligible items shipped: If a non-eligible item is shipped for return, item will be shipped back with a future order or you may choose to pay exact shipping cost to ship it back earlier. Please ensure to read entire refund policy to determine eligibility of items.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time due to quick turn around of our items. If you desire a different size, feel free to purchase new size once credit is issued or prior to receipt of credit to ensure you get the item.

If returns smell of cigarettes/perfume/cologne or are soiled/stained, items will not be accepted back as return and no credit will be given.

In the unfortunate event of any items damaged upon receipt, please communicate within 1 week of receiving item with pictures of item and damage submitted via email to southernangelsboutique@gmail.com in order to receive help with damaged item.

When placing an order, please make sure information is correct. If the address entered is incorrect, it is customer's responsibility to intercept the package.
