Processing Time. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays & Sundays). During sales or high volume periods processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery - Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Once your order ships, you can expect delivery within 2-7 business days depending on carrier.

Tracking your order - Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way. Just make sure you enter your email.

Lost or Delayed Packages- We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier directly. We're always happy to help guide you if needed.

Incorrect Addresses- Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Please send your items back to us within 10 days of receiving the item. Return/Exchange information: Items must be unworn, unaltered and original tags must be attached to be eligible for return. Items must be shipped back and postmarked within 10 days (unless 10th day falls on a Sunday or a Holiday) from the date the items were delivered to you. Any items marked sale, accessories or jewelry will not be accepted for return or exchange - This includes any items not sold at full price which would include Flash Sales, Private Sales, Items discounted over 25%, or any form of deep discount coupon codes (ex. 30%+ off) Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returned items will be refunded with online store credit only. "Final Sale" items that are approved by the website manager for return are subject to a $10 restocking fee. Returns are handled within 5 business days of receiving your return. We'll send you an email confirmation when your online store credit has been issued. Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs. If you do not respond within 5 days with payment information the item will be donated to a local charity organization. Problems with your order? If you believe you have received defective product you must contact our boutique within 2 days of receiving your order.
