Order ProcessingPlace your order before 12 PM PST (Mon–Fri), and we'll aim to ship it the same day*. If not, it'll ship within 0–3 business days. Once your order's on the way, we'll send tracking info based on the shipping method you picked. We process orders 5 days a week, excluding weekends and holidays.

U.S. Shipping

•Standard: $8 (3–5 business days)

•Expedited: $17 (2–3 business days)

•Overnight: $30 (1 business day)

International ShippingWe ship worldwide. For full rates and delivery times by country, visit our Shipping Rates & Delivery Times help article. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged upon delivery.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged PackagesWe offer Green Package Protection at checkout. If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit and you added Green Package Protection, we'll replace it at no additional cost. Orders shipped without Green Package Protection are not eligible for replacement, and you'll need to file a claim directly with the carrier.

30-Day Return & Exchange Guidelines:

•Returns for Store Credit and/or Exchanges are free.

•Exchanges are for US Purchases only.

•Exchanges are for the same product, in a different size or color.

•A $5 restocking fee and a label fee is applied per return for refunds (not per item).

•Returns are processed within 3-5 business days once received.

•Customers will receive a follow-up email once processed.

•Including a photo of the item being returned helps streamline the return process.

•Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.

•Refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on the bank’s processing times.

•To avoid fees, returns valued at $10 or less will be issued as store credit.

Conditions:

•Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

•Items must be unworn (except for trying on), unwashed, and unaltered.

•Approved returns must be postmarked within 30 days. Returns sent back after this period will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.
