For orders under $175 we offer a flat rate of $7, and ship standard shipping.

Expedited shipping orders must be placed before 12pm (noon) PST to ship same day.

U.S. Returns & Exchanges

All OrdersJungmaven gladly accepts returns of new, unworn, unwashed merchandise with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, with original packaging; any signs of wear will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Purchased with Redo Returns Protection? Returns are free! Choose to refund, exchange, or receive store credit within 30 days and a prepaid label will be included. Redo Protection is available on US orders only.

Without Protection

We still accept returns within 30 days on non-final sale items. A return label fee ($7-$12) applies whether you choose a refund, exchange, or store credit.

EU and EEA Customers: Your Right of Withdrawal

If you are ordering from the EU or EEA, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, with no explanation needed. This right is separate from and in addition to our standard 30-day return policy; you are covered by whichever applies to you.

How to cancel : Use the "Withdraw from contract here" link here or in our site footer, or email customerservice@jungmaven.com with your name and order number. You may also use the standard EU model cancellation form, available here . We'll confirm your cancellation by email.

Your refund : Once you cancel, send the item(s) back within 14 days. We'll refund the item price, the cost of our least expensive standard delivery (if you chose a faster or upgraded shipping option, we'll refund the standard rate), and any duties or taxes collected by Jungmaven at checkout. Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days of your cancellation. Note, we may wait to issue your refund until we have received the items back or you have provided proof of shipment. You are responsible only for the cost of return shipping.

Item condition : You are welcome to try items on as you would in a store. If they come back worn, washed, or otherwise reduced in value, we may lower your refund to reflect the loss.

Large Orders/Returns

Please note, returns on orders over $1,500 may be subject to a 20% restock fee. If return value is greater than $1,350, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted when processing the return.

Returned products must be unworn, in new condition with hang tags attached to qualify for a return authorization. Learn more at our FAQs (Returns & Exchanges).

In cases of excessive returns or abuse of our return policy we may, at our discretion, take the following actions:

Charge a 20% restocking fee once total returns reach the $1350 mark within a 2 month time period.
