Refund policy Return Instructions Please contact us before shipping any merchandise back to us. You must contact STEMfinity within 15 business days of receiving your product to request a return. Return instructions may vary depending on your specific situation. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number. This number is required to ensure your return is processed efficiently. STEMfinity must receive your returned item(s) within 10 business days of the RA Number being issued.
