Fabreeko Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Processing time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Pre-sale items: These are shipped within 5 business days of receiving all items. If your cart includes both pre-sale and in-stock items, in-stock fulfillment can be requested by joining our discord .

During high-volume periods or facility closures, processing may take longer. We’ll communicate any delays via Website updates.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

Select your preferred shipping method at checkout. We reserve the right to upgrade or change carriers if conditions require (e.g., weight limits, carrier capacity, faster delivery, or promotional selections).

Once shipped, delivery timelines are governed by the carrier; we provide no delivery guarantees.

3. Domestic (U.S.) Shipping Rates

Rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Enjoy free economy shipping on orders totaling over $100 within the continental U.S. (excluding items with flat-rate shipping).

Certain items may carry flat-rate shipping, clearly indicated on product pages—these do not qualify for free-shipping promotions.

4. Local Pickup

Select “Store Pickup” at checkout to collect your order in-store.

Pickup is usually ready within 2 hours, and customers are welcome to place orders in person anytime.

5. International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Some items may be restricted from international shipment; if the system blocks checkout, please contact us directly.

Orders may incur import taxes and duties, we may offer pre-payment of duties/taxes on eligible jurisdictions at checkout—and remit these on your behalf—but any additional charges remain the customer's responsibility.

6. Order Tracking & Delivery Issues

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update.

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 days of the shipping confirmation, contact us at support@fabreeko.com with your name and order number. We’ll investigate promptly.

For any lost, damaged, or undelivered packages, contact us so we can assist with resolution.

🛍️ Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

You have 45 days from the date of delivery to request a return.For pre-sale or made-to-order items, returns are accepted. Fabreeko does not charge any restocking fees.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Returned items must be in the same condition as received and in their original packaging.

The following items are non-returnable:

Opened filament

Custom-made or personalized products

DIY kits once assembled

Clearance items

Gift cards

3. How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, use our automated returns portal by logging into your Account and finding the order you want to return.

A pre-paid return label will be provided for defective or incorrectly shipped orders.

For non-defective returns, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt.If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away with clear photos of the issue. We’ll evaluate and offer a refund or replacement.

5. Exchanges

To request an exchange, please open a ticket in our Discord. Customers are responsible for:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method:
