At Classic Home, we prioritize efficient and reliable delivery of your furniture. Shipments are sent through LTL to your your commercial business address. Our Freight Program is designed to ensure excellent service and competitive shipping costs.

SHIPPING ESTIMATES

At checkout, you will receive a standard estimate for shipping time and costs. If your order requires special delivery services such as lift gate assistance, you can mark this at checkout. Please ensure to confirm your delivery details as failure to notate lift gates can lead to additional delivery fees.

SHIPPING TIMELINES

•In-Stock Items: Ship within 3–5 business days after order confirmation.

•New or Out-of-Stock Items: Require extended lead times. Our live inventory levels, including incoming quantities, are updated in real time and reflected in the cart at checkout.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

Classic Home coordinates freight shipments to:

B2B Commercial Addresses or Receiving Warehouses: Must accommodate a 53' trailer for delivery. Failure to comply with the accommodation can lead to additional delivery fees.

KEY CONSIDERATIONS FOR DELIVERY

Classic Home coordinates freight shipments to:

•B2B LTL shipping addresses must be commercial; we cannot deliver to residential addresses, P.O. Boxes, or APO addresses.

•Orders must meet minimum requirements to qualify for Classic Home freight rates. Split orders are treated as separate deliveries and incur individual freight charges.

•Shipping costs are determined by fixed percentage rates per state, based on the order type. Rate guides for both options are available upon request.

•For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations, please contact Classic Home for a customized freight quote.

•We ship exclusively within the 48 contiguous United States. For further clarification or additional support, please contact your local Sales Representative or reach out to our Classic Home Customer Service Team.

Buyer must notify seller of any request to return goods before the due date on the face hereon or within 10 working days after delivery, whichever is later. Acceptance of returns is at the sole discretion of the seller. To be accepted for return, goods must be in “like new” condition as determined by seller. All returns must be authorized by Seller prior to shipping and an RMA number will be issued which must be written on all boxes returned. No items will accepted in Sellers warehouse without the RMA number on the package. Please email Seller prior to shipping and we will provide return shipping instructions. Returned items must be shipped to Seller within 30 days of receipt.

- Returns must be packaged in such a manner as to guarantee product integrity during return shipping. - Product must be clean and in new condition. If the product has been used or is in poor condition, credit will not be issued and the product will be disposed of. - The cost of the ACTUAL freight charges (both ways) is not refundable and will be deducted from the amount of Buyers refund. Remember, ACTUAL freight may be much higher than the freight quoted you. - 20 % restocking fee applies on all returned items. Refunds will be processed once products are returned to Sellers warehouse.
