8BitDo is committed to bringing our products to everyone in the world. Our services are available to most countries in the world and meet various shipping needs. We cooperate with the most reliable international and domestic express companies to ensure your packages are delivered safely and on time.

Shipping center:

All orders will be processed and shipped directly from our distribution center in China. Please note that these orders may incur customs charges that customers need to pay in order to receive their items. Orders are processed on Monday to Friday at 9:00 am (Local time in China). Orders paid after 9am on Friday (Local time in China) will be processed the next following business day. We have an automated system for orders processing, therefore they cannot be canceled or modified once shipped.

Transportation cost:

Your cost may vary depending on the type, quantity and weight of the package. Shipping costs also depend on your location and desired shipping speed. To get the shipping quotes, add your selected items to your shopping cart and enter your shipping address on the checkout page.

The United States shipping:

Most of the standard shipments are sent through USPS service providers. Packages usually arrive at their destination within 5-7 business days, but sometimes take longer. The orders after 10a.m.(Local time in China) may need one more working day to process.

*E.g. The orders placed after 9 a.m. on Friday may not be processed and shipped in time until the next following Monday.

International shipping:

Most of the standard items from China are shipped through several carriers and postal service providers, but once they arrive in the destination country, they will be handled by local carriers. Usually the orders take 15-20 working days to reach international destinations, sometimes take 4-6 weeks for some destinations. It ultimately depends on where you want to receive the goods. We wish we could do better than this, but due to the complexity of international shipping, we can't. It takes up to 1 working day to process the order. The buyers can raise shipping claims if don't receive the parcels over 90 days after dispatch.

About International shipping:

Due to the complexity of urgent express and the cost of international liability, we only offer this kind of service option for the international market.

DHL Shipping options:

As we're in the processing of moving forward to the sustainable operation, we are offering eco-friendly shipping options for orders from the US, EU and UK via DHL Express. DHL is currently facing potential shipping delays due to heavy orders and ongoing COVID-19 related delays. Please note that the estimated delivery time has been updated to 5-10 business days.

Customs duties & VAT:

Some countries shall collect customs duties and VAT on goods that are imported from China. You are responsible for any such additional taxes and fees that your government applies to get the package delivered. 8BitDo will try its best to provide the best international shipping experience, but most of the process is out of our control. The specific situation is determined by the workflow of the domestic logistics providers in your country.

The eligible return & exchange conditions within 30 days:

1.Within 30 natural days after receiving the goods, the outer packing, accessories, gifts and manual of the products shall be complete without any man-made damage. 2.The product is not activated and doesn’t affect the secondary sale. (For non-quality-related returns and refunds, the buyer needs to bear the shipping costs) 3.Within 30 natural days after receiving the goods, a non-artificial functional defect was found in the product. 4.Please provide the dated sales receipt from 8BitDo authorized reseller of which can show the product description and price.

The ineligible return & exchange conditions within 30 days:

1.Request for return goods after 30 natural days from the date of receipt. 2.The returned goods are incomplete, the outer packing, accessories, gifts, manual are incomplete, or the appearance is damaged due to artificial reasons. 3.Unable to provide legal purchase vouchers or receipts, or forge/alter the documents when returning the goods. Non-product quality problems caused by the collision, burning, as well as artificial private modification, entrance of foreign matter. 4.Product quality problems caused by improper installation (such as battery installation, charger installation) and not in accordance with the instructions. 5.Alter or remove the identification labels of products/components. 6.The returned package may be rejected if it does not match the original package code of the order number.

About Transportation Costs:

1.For product quality problems(Being confirmed by the technician)or the damage during the logistics, 8BitDo is responsible for bearing the freight of goods during the period of return or exchange, but for once and only. (Please make sure to return all the required items. If you do not send all items together, you will be responsible for bearing the shipping costs of the remaining items. You need to replenish the remaining items if they are incomplete, or they will be dealt with the policy in accordance with the non-conforming return and replacement.) If you send back items that are not needed, we will contact you to ask if you need us to send them back or destroy them (the freight is at your expense).

The freight shall be borne by the buyers in the following cases:

1.The product returns for any other reasons except for the proven defect. 2.Unexpected returns from buyers. 3.The returned product is claimed to be defective, but the product is working properly after the test from maintenance personnel. 4.The defective items caused by transportation when returning. 5.8BitDo is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during shipment when returning. The buyers shall be liable for any damage or loss occurring in transit. 8BitDo does not provide any refunds for non-quality-related warranty or damaged items during the shipment.

*For any customers’ personal reasons (“I don’t want it”), the freight shall be borne by customers. 8BitDo will reject the package if you insist to choose "Freight Collect". You need to contact the relevant support on the official website of 8BitDo and pay the corresponding freight for dealing the package.
