All orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days and shipped every weekday at 4pm Eastern Standard Time, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 4pm Eastern Standard Time will be processed and shipped the following business day. Please allow up to 1-2 business days to receive a tracking number from the time your order ships. Our shipping expectations for domestic and international shipping do not begin until the shipment has been processed.

Please email customer service at support@pirani.life immediately if you have any changes to make to your order. No changes can be made to the order once the package has been shipped.

OUR CURRENT DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTION IS USPS SHIPPING (3-7 BUSINESS DAYS)* We are seeing carrier delays in processing through FedEx and USPS transfer facilities at this time as a result of Covid19.

All Domestic orders placed with Pirani Life will be given a tracking number and courier contact information. Please allow at least 1-2 business days for the tracking to be updated by the courier from the time the order has shipped. While domestic shipments arrive at your door via USPS, UPS or FedEx, FedEx picks up from our facility and delivers to your local postal office. To best track your shipments please visit each carriers tracking website.

OUR CURRENT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTION IS USPS (7-14 business days)* We are experiencing delays of 4-8 weeks due to Covid19.

Many international orders are subject to tariffs/duties to be paid by the customer. These fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not factored into the price at purchase. Please be sure to research your countries rules, regulations, tariffs and duties before placing your order.

Please allow an extra few days for International USPS Shipping for customs paperwork to be completed and time to process through the international shipping facility. This process may take up to 14-20 business days during certain times of the year.

*By placing an order with Pirani Life, the customer acknowledges and accepts all responsibility for the tracking of the package to be delivered to the destination given to Pirani Life during checkout. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the Postal Service Domestically or Internationally.

After 3 years of business and only 3 returns, we’re not too worried about you not loving your Pirani tumbler! We are in the business of sustainability. The last thing we want is our product to end up in a landfill. If you are unhappy with your purchase, or changed your mind, our customer service team is here to work with you to find a solution. Please contact us at info@pirani.life. You may return the product for ANY reason within 30 days as long as the tumbler(s) are returned in the same condition received and in it's original packaging. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method following receipt of the returned product as authorized by our customer service team. All products must be in its original package and in sell-able condition. Pirani is not responsible for lost/stolen packages and missed/returned delivery because of wrong address or customer absence. Pirani will not be responsible for any carrier delays.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
